Yes. Store your OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and Z.AI keys locally inside `llm-config.json` so all traffic flows directly between your machine and each provider. PromptRunner never proxies or logs your prompts.
Your workspace lives entirely on disk (`%LOCALAPPDATA%\PromptRunner\applications\`). Settings and sync credentials live in `%APPDATA%\PromptRunner\settings\`. Optional Google Drive / OneDrive sync mirrors those files into your own cloud storage when you trigger it.
